Pasta Press is bringing you Italy one bowl at a time. We import flours to make fresh pasta. We use traditional recipes with imported meats and cheeses. And we do it all in a fast fine dining environment at a cost-friendly price point. At Pasta Press we know that Italian food is not about adding 2 cups of tomatoes or 1 tsp of salt to a certain dish… It is about the flavor made with love. Once you try it you won’t forget it.
1. Come into our quaint little shop. Samples must be done in person.
2. We’ll be happy to greet you.
3. Ring up your Sample Tour on our Kiosk: its $0. You will get choose 3 items to sample. Limit of one per customer per week.
4. Our staff will give you a small taste of 3 items of your choice and explain some details. Of course, these will be chilled so you’ll need to use your imagination a little. But you’ll get the idea. And if you already have the idea … well, you’ll be hard pressed to choose which sample you will choose to purchase as an entree.

Imported Ingredients
To get authentic flavors you have to use authentic ingredients. With Italian ingredients you get Italian flavors. With other ingredients … well … other flavors.
Traditional recipes
Believe it or not for some Italian recipes there is only one right way to do it. And it is usually published. If you want a folk recipe, there are often a couple of accepted ways. Otherwise … it is someone’s family recipe.
FAST FINE DINING
A new emerging genre has begun: fast fine dining. Quality ingredients you can find at the nicest sitdowns at takeaway pricing. Of course, that means limited service at this price point. If you’re here for the flavors, you won’t be disappointed. Bon Appetito
