Introducing the Pasta Press 4-Week Fresh Pasta Class Series
If you’ve ever wanted to master the art of fresh pasta—without flying to Italy or marrying into an old Venetian family—we’ve got you covered.
At Pasta Press, we’re rolling out (literally) a brand new 4-week hands-on cooking class series designed to teach you everything from flour to fork. Whether you’re a total beginner or someone who’s been winging it with store-bought ravioli and vague YouTube tutorials, this is your chance to level up and have some serious fun doing it.
And no, you don’t have to commit to all four—each class works beautifully as a standalone experience. But trust us… once you make your first silky ribbon of tagliatelle, you’ll be hooked.
What to Expect: Hands-On, Full-Belly, Real Pasta Skills
Every Saturday for four weeks, we’ll dive into a different part of the fresh pasta universe. You’ll get your hands messy, your heart full, and your stomach even fuller.
Week 1: Dough + Hand Shapes
Learn to make dough the old-school way—just flour, eggs, and attitude. We’ll shape it into charming little pastas by hand (think orecchiette, farfalle), and toss it in a simple butter and parm sauce that proves less really is more.
Week 2: Tagliatelle + Red Sauce
Roll your dough into long, silky sheets, then slice it into tagliatelle. We’ll simmer a proper red sauce from scratch (no jars allowed), and show you how to plate like you’re running a trattoria.
Week 3: Ravioli + Brown Butter
This is the week we get bougie. You’ll fill and fold your own ravioli, then bathe it in brown butter and crispy sage. Yes, it’s as good as it sounds. Maybe better.
Week 4: Pasta Party
For our final class, we’re cranking up the creativity. You’ll learn how to make naturally colored pasta using natural ingredients like beet juice, spinach, turmeric, squid ink, and more. Go bold with pink fettuccine, striped ravioli, or golden farfalle. It’s pasta turned fashion,
Why You’ll Love It
-
You’ll use the same imported Italian flour we use in the shop
-
Every class includes hands-on instruction + a full meal
-
You’ll take home recipes, skills, and leftovers (if you have any)
-
It’s fun, it’s laid-back, and it smells like heaven
We keep the vibe casual, the portions generous, and the instruction clear. You don’t need to bring anything but a willingness to get your hands in some flour.
Sign Up for One—or All Four
Each class can be taken on its own, so you can pop in for just the ravioli or go all-in and become a full-blown pasta whisperer. Either way, we promise you’ll leave full and proud of what you made.
Spaces are limited, and these classes tend to sell out fast—because fresh pasta is kind of irresistible.
