OUR MISSION

We are a husband and wife team, Stefano & Rachel Demartin, making fresh pasta in your neighborhood.  We import flours, meats, and cheeses and use the traditional Italian recipes that Stefano grew up eating near Venice, Italy.  This is how we achieve authentic Italian flavors.  Things at Pasta Press are cost-friendly, quick service, & dine-in or take-away.

Entrees take 5 minutes to prepare!

Good food should be for everyone!

You can take home fresh pasta by the pound for lunch or dinner.  It cooks in 2-3 minutes and is made from imported semola.  This high-quality complex carbohydrate is rich in protein and fiber and benefits weight management, heart health, and your digestive system.  It is a superfood you can feel good about feeding your family.  And due to the highly restrictive growing, harvesting, and processing of semola in Italy, even our gluten-sensitive friends are enjoying our pasta! We are pleased to be offering our neighbors like you healthy options – the kind we would feed our family.
