For those looking for family-style pasta, we offer a few pastas that can be enjoyed cold in 9×13 aluminum containers. Pasta cools quickly once served. Not all pastas are good cold. Keeping them warm makes them soggy and sticky. For this reason, we offer a select few pastas that can be enjoyed cold family style. Each container serves a set amount of people depending on the pasta. Optional delivery and set up for an additional charge.
If your event involves a chafing dish format, we offer lasagna bites! Pasta kept warm is best for pastas cooked in the oven – like lasagnas! We can work with you to create a variety of bite-sized lasagnas perfect for your event. Optional delivery and set up for an additional charge.
